This small community is a beautiful and, in many ways, unspoiled industrial setting. The entire area is designated as a cultural landscape of national interest and, in addition to the old ironworks buildings, features a manor house, a museum, and a church. Feel free to take a stroll among all the beautiful and often unique buildings. In many ways, the yellow-plastered buildings are more reminiscent of the ironworks in Uppland than those in Bergslagen.

The Midsummer celebration in this small village is a tradition dating back 200 years that draws large crowds of visitors from near and far to celebrate the highlight of the summer.
Brevens Bruk is surrounded by nature, with both forests and a lake. Here you can fish and swim, pick berries and mushrooms, and enjoy lovely walks in beautiful surroundings. There are also mountain bike trails and an 18-hole disc golf course. The area also features a café, restaurant, and pub, as well as vacation rentals of various sizes and prices both within and outside the community itself. Additionally, the area offers excellent hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as the Röda Sand swimming spot.
