Tips for your bike ride
Properly inflated tires, water, and a helmet are a great start to a pleasant bike ride. Here are a few extra tips to make your outing even more enjoyable:
- Pack a picnic lunch, because along all the trails there are beautifully situated rest areas and rest huts—perfect for a break or two.
- Don't forget to bring your binoculars for birdwatching. The Oset Nature Reserve and Rynningeviken are protected, in part, for their rich birdlife.
- Do you enjoy strength training? Combine your bike ride with a stop at the Alnängarna outdoor gym.
